3/4 cup (6 ounces) tomato juice
1/3 cup lime juice
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Hoisin sauce
3 cups (24 ounces) pale lager beer (or hard cider/non-alcoholic beer)
Lime wedges and hot sauce, for garnish and cheese dip
12 ounces (12 sticks) Amlat™ Monterey Jack (or Cheddar) Snack Cheese
In small pitcher, combine tomato juice, lime juice, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Mix well. Pour 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) mix into glass. Top with 4 ounces (1/2 cup) beer; mix ingredients together until combined. Garnish with lime wedges and additional hot sauce, if desired.
Serve with sliced or cubed Amlat™ Monterey Jack Snack Cheese, pickled vegetables and sliced Spanish chorizo or spicy dry sausage.
